Katie Conaway graduated from Central York High School in 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University in 2010, where she majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Sociology.

In November of 2011, Katie began her employment with the District Attorney’s Office as a Victim Witness Coordinator. In January of 2013, Katie was promoted to Deputy Administrator of ARD.
