Sarah Buhite is a York County native who received her Bachelor’s Degree from the Pennsylvania State University. Attorney Buhite went on to earn her law degree from Widener School of Law in 2005. After that she received her LL.M. in Agricultural Law from the University of Arkansas.

Upon her return to York County, she clerked for the Honorable John C. Uhler in the York County Court of Common Pleas. From August 2006 through March 2013, Attorney Buhite worked in private practice focusing primarily on civil litigation, family law and debt collection.

In March 2013, Attorney Buhite joined the York County District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy Prosecutor in the Juvenile Crimes Unit. In May 2014, Attorney Buhite was promoted to the position of Senior Deputy Prosecutor in the Juvenile Crimes Unit.
